注意事項

一、申請配住新進教師職務宿舍者，須具備下列資格：
1.在本校編制內支薪之新聘專任助理教授、副教授及教授。
2.本人或配偶除已獲政府輔助、補助購置或承購住宅(包括曾獲政府負擔補貼利息之輔助、補助購置住宅貸款及曾承購政府興建優惠計價之住宅等)。
3.宿舍分配之優先順序依下列各項積點之總和高低為序，如積點相同，則以抽籤方式決定。
(1)職務點數：助理教授12點，副教授9點，教授7點。
(2)申請時另具備下列資格者各加計1點：有博士學位者、有配偶者、有未成年子女（不論人數）者、本人或配偶於臺北市、新北市、基隆市及桃園市無自有住宅者、本人或隨同居住之配偶、子女持有身心障礙手冊者。
(3)玉山學者另加計22點，玉山青年學者另加計11點。
二、申請人得於起聘前一個月至起聘後一年內檢附身分證明文件、起聘證明及最高學歷證書影本，向教職員住宿服務組登記申請宿舍。
三、配偶任公職已配有宿舍或任職單一薪給單位者，不得申請配住宿舍。
I. Applicants for an assigned unit in the New Faculty Members’ Housing shall meet the following criteria:
1. Newly-hired quota-based full-time assistant professor, associate professor, or professor.
2. Applicant and spouse have never received housing aid or subsidies from the government (including government-subsidized mortgage interest aid, government-subsidized mortgage loans, or discounted government-built housing).
3. Priority for housing assignment shall be given to applicants with higher points according to the following calculations. For those with the same number of points, priority will be decided by drawing lots.
(1) Position: 12 points for assistant professors, 9 for associate professors, and 7 for professors.
(2) 1 point per criterion shall be given for the following: has a doctoral degree, spouse, or under-aged children (regardless of number), applicant or spouse does not own a house in Taipei City, New Taipei City, Keelung City, or Taoyuan City; applicant or their dependent spouse or child has a Disability ID Card.
(3) 22 additional points for Yushan Scholars, and 11 additional points for Yushan Young Scholars.
II. Applicants may register for new faculty housing accommodation beginning from 1 month prior to the starting date of their employment until 1 year following the starting date by submitting identity documents, proof of employment, and a photocopy of their highest academic certificate to the Faculty and Staff Housing Division.
III. If the applicant's spouse is employed as a public servant, is already assigned a housing unit, or is placed on a single-salary schedule, then the applicant may not apply for an assigned housing unit.
