NTU Faculty & Staff Housing Management System – Visiting Scholars Dormitory and Off-Campus Hotel-managed Apartment Leasing

本校講座客座學人宿舍管理要點第五、六點：「申請借用本宿舍經核准後，借用人應自申請借用日起計算並繳納相關費用」及「借用人於入住後、借用期限屆至前，得提前返還宿舍，但應於一週前以書面通知管理單位，若未於一週前以書面通知者，仍應依原申請借用之期間繳交相關費用」

Rules 5 and 6 of the NTU Directives for the Allocation and Administration of Visiting Scholars Housing state that: When applying for a dormitory unit... Once confirmed (by the applicant’s affiliated department/institute), the applicant shall be required to pay all relevant fees from the agreement’s start (move-in) date indicated in the contract”; and “The occupant may return the dormitory unit to the University prior to the stated expiration date of the contract, but he/she is required to notify management one week in advance before proceeding.

講座客座學人宿舍借用申請資格：

Eligibility to apply for a Visiting Scholars Dormitory unit or off-campus apartment with hotel-style management:：

具下列資格之一者，得申請借用：

An individual with the following qualifications may apply for the use of a dormitory unit in the visiting scholars category:：

1. 依本校特聘講座設置辦法延聘者、教育部核定之玉山學者或曾獲諾貝爾獎、國家院士或具相當資格之專家、學者。
   

2. Those who have been recruited in accordance with the NTU Regulations for the Establishment of Distinguished Chair Professorships, who have been designated Yushan Fellows as approved by the Ministry of Education, or experts and scholars who are Nobel laureates, national academicians, or with equivalent qualifications.
   

3. 依本校講座設置辦法延聘者。
   

4. Those who have been recruited accordance with the NTU Regulations for the Establishment of Chair Professorships.
   

5. 依行政院科技部補助延攬研究學者暨執行專題研究計畫、客座科技人才等作業方式或經行政會議通過，資聘來校講學或研究者。但不包括博士後研究人員、研究助理。
   

6. Scholars or researchers who have been recruited by the University via the Ministry of Science and Technology’s (MOST) program to recruit research scholars and the implementation of special topic projects or visiting scientific and technological talents; and those recruited to deliver lectures or to conduct research with the approval of the Administrative Meeting. However, postdoctoral researchers and research assistants are excluded.
   

7. 依本校執行教育部高等教育深耕計畫補助或設置之功能性整合研究中心資聘來校講學或研究之講座或客座人員。
   

8. Chair professor or visiting scholars recruited by the University’s Functional Integration Research Center, or recruited and funded based on the implementation of the Higher Education Sprout Project developed by the Ministry of Education.
   

9. 與本校簽有學術交流合約之機關（構）或姊妹校交換訪問之學者。
   

10. Faculty members who are exchange scholars from the University’s sister institutions or organizations that have signed an agreement for academic exchange with the University.
    

11. 其他機關（構）資聘不支薪不佔編制名額且實際來本校講學研究之講座或客座人員。
    

12. Faculty members recruited and funded by other institutions or organizations who are engaged in lecturing and research activities at the University without remunerations or official positions.
    

13. 本校接受捐贈獎助延聘之學者，依捐贈契約或相關規定得借用者。
    

14. Scholars who are appointed in receipt of scholarships donated to the University by outside donors may apply for a guesthouse rental in accordance with a donation agreement or relevant regulations.
    

15. 經專案簽奉校長核可借用者。
    

16. Any person with special approval from the University President.
    

校外飯店式公寓專案租賃申請資格：

Eligibility to apply for off-campus apartment with hotel-style management:

具下列資格之一者，得申請租賃：

An individual with the following qualifications may apply for the use of a dormitory unit in the visiting scholars category:：

1. 依本校特聘講座設置辦法延聘者、教育部核定之玉山學者或曾獲諾貝爾獎、國家院士或具相當資格之專家、學者。
   

2.
